Industry, laboratories and offices
The equipment is suitable for industrial environments, laboratories, offices and other working and living environments where air quality must be made measurable.
Canairy Industry
This detection system was developed to accurately measure air quality in almost any circumstance, from ppm to ppt level, without complex and time-consuming procedures.
Introduction
In an era in which automation and industrialisation are standard practice, increasing emissions of polluting gases are a serious issue for people, the environment and operations.
Canairy Industry makes measuring air and gas concentrations reliable and practical. This creates insight that helps define targeted solutions.
The name Canairy refers to early mining practice, where canaries warned miners of carbon monoxide and methane. Canairy Industry takes over that guarding function with modern detection technology.
Many companies use detectors for specific gases, while the mixture of gases is often the real problem. Canairy Industry was developed to provide broader insight into air pollution.
The Canairy Industry®
Canairy Industry® detects a wide spectrum of polluting gases. With measurement data, we not only show concentrations but also provide a basis for identifying causes and possible solutions.
The equipment is suitable for industrial environments, laboratories, offices and other working and living environments where air quality must be made measurable.
Most detection systems measure specific gases. Canairy Industry can also detect common organic and inorganic components, including Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).
Based on measurement data, Techni Solutions can help interpret causes, trends and suitable measures for the practical environment.
Continuous monitoring
High VOC concentrations occur not only in industrial environments, but also in working and living environments. Possible effects include headache, eye and throat irritation and fatigue.
Canairy Industry continuously measures and guards air quality. By monitoring VOCs and harmful components in the air, the level of air quality becomes visible.
The system is particularly suitable for guarding air quality in ventilation and exhaust systems and can be connected to ventilation facilities.
Where required, the system can support automatic activation of ventilation facilities based on measurement values.
Applications
By monitoring VOCs, Canairy Industry can be used to trace odour nuisance and detect process disturbances. This supports technical substantiation, prevention and targeted improvement.
Monitoring of activated carbon filters, chemical scrubbers, biological scrubbers, ozone injection and afterburners.
Monitoring of indoor and outdoor air quality, including trends, peaks and changes caused by process or environmental conditions.
Examples include fruit storage, gas concentrations at loading stations and applications for burglary alarm or presence detection.
From aim to result
Wherever you are, Canairy Industry contributes to better control of air quality.
Our goal was to measure air quality in almost all circumstances with a detection system that is smarter and more sustainable, with less maintenance, longer calibration and maintenance intervals and a longer service life than comparable meters.
The development process required a well-equipped research laboratory, advanced gas analysis equipment and air treatment test setups. Facilities and expertise from a renowned filter and test gas manufacturer were used.
Based on laboratory-scale technology, a high-quality detection system has been developed that is practical and easy to operate. The system has a wide calibration interval and a technical lifetime of approximately 10 years.
Thanks to the extensive setting options of the Duo Module, the Canairy Industry detection probe can achieve a measuring range from ppm to ppt. The detection probe can be calibrated for any desired gas mixture.
