Why measure air quality?
To understand what is happening, where changes come from and how situations develop.
Techni Solutions helps organisations understand air quality in their environment through expert support. This reveals trends, sources and changes over time, making the unexplained understandable.
It is often unclear what is present in the air, where it comes from or how it develops. Together with our customer, we determine the measurement approach needed to answer practical questions.

A continuous measurement series reveals more than individual snapshots and makes trends and deviations visible.
From odour research to emission monitoring, every measurement approach is tailored to the practical question.
Reliable gas detection provides insight into emissions, process influences and deviations, and helps identify risks at an early stage.
The Canairy Duo detection probe and Duo Module have been developed for stable long-term measurements in a range of industrial environments.
A durable detection system with long calibration intervals and minimal maintenance requirements.
Recording measurement data creates insights that support analysis and informed decision-making.
It is not always clear which substances, odours or gases are present, where they come from or how they develop. Together, we determine the measurement strategy that provides the right insights.

Techni Solutions supports projects with BIM modelling, technical drawings and building services detailing. Digitally modelling installations provides early insight into space requirements, conflicts and buildability.
A manufacturing company started by mapping emissions per production line and emission point. By measuring before and after the gas scrubber and continuously tracking the data, it became clear what was actually happening in the process. The measurement data revealed both the emissions and the performance of the gas scrubber.
The results showed that the gas scrubber performed less effectively than expected. Following process adjustments, improvements could be tracked and demonstrated directly using the measurement data.
This approach provided valuable information for the client and far greater insight than an annual accredited measurement. Problems, trends and improvements became visible throughout the year rather than at a single measurement moment.
A manufacturer of semi-finished products for the plastics processing industry sought a way to monitor process gas emissions continuously. The supervisory authority wanted to know which emissions arose during production, whether these substances posed a risk and whether the emissions remained within the specified limits.
Using Canairy, we were able to track the overall gas composition continuously. This provided insight into emissions from different production processes and allowed assessment against the requirements set by the environmental authority.
The measurement data also showed how effectively the filtration system worked. This data enabled further optimisation of the filtration process and better adjustment to actual conditions, leading to greater insight into emissions and a more effective, efficiently configured installation.

Measurement starts with practice
From assessment and measurement to analysis and advice: every step focuses on obtaining useful insights from measurement data.
Together, we determine the question, which sources may have an influence and which insights are needed. Examples include odour complaints, process emissions, gas scrubber performance and air quality in the surrounding area.
Measurement points are placed at strategic locations to collect data continuously, revealing changes, trends and deviations over time.
Measurement data is translated into practical insights. This reveals where improvements are possible, which measures are effective and how processes or installations can be optimised further.
Based on the results, we work together on a suitable solution. We advise on technical measures, support implementation and help improve the situation.
